OA32 Changes in Au species and Ce3+/Ce4+ ratio during deactivation of Au/CeO2 PROX catalysts

We show that both Au nanoparticles and Au cationic species are present on Au/CeO2, their ratio evolving during operation. Deactivation of Au/CeO2 occurs by the fast reduction of Au species, oxidation of the support, and slower sintering of Au nanoparticles
