In this work is present the effect of solvent’s polarity over the physicochemical properties of TiO2 prepared by sonochemical routh at room temperature. The result showed that for all preparations was possible to obtain anatase phase at 400 °C. However, the sample prepared with propanol improves the crystallinity.
