An alternative method for thermogravimetric measurements for oxygen carriers reactivity determination in chemical-looping was developed, based in mass spectrometry measurements. This method give more information as:  oxygen delivery efficiency, reducer/oxidizer ratio, methane conversion and coke formation monitoring (at process conditions) are some of the extra information this method can provide.
