Here, we report our current study on CO₂ sorption mechanism over MBS by using TPD technique. Two sorption regions or (two desorption stages), i.e. surface region and PEI bulk region for CO₂ sorption over PEI/SBA-15 have been identified and clarified. The CO₂ sorption mechanism over MBS has consequently been proposed.
