The catalytic activity for steam reforming of methanol over Cu/ZrO2/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts is dependent on the crystalline size of metallic Cu, which can be controlled by the chemical composition and calcination temperature. Among Cu/ZrO2/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts, Cu/ZrO2/ZnO catalyst showed the highest catalytic activity at 473 K.
