P-Tu-55 Rule-based Generation and Analysis of Catalytic Reaction Systems for Upgrading Biomass to Fuels

RING, a Cheminformatics-based user-friendly rule-based chemical reaction network generation and analysis tool, is presented with examples of applications in biomass conversion.
Specifically, it is applied in enumerating reaction pathways in individual catalytic systems and identifying synthetic routes to upgrade biomass to transportation fuels via catalytic coupling in multiple reaction systems.
