This study is a focus on the in situ growth, activity, and mechanistic insights of a novel inverse catalyst composed of CeOx nanoparticles on Cu(111) tailored towards the production of pure H2 from the Water-gas shift (WGS) reaction(CO+H2O->CO2+H2).
