The aim of this work is to describe the influence of the catalyst variables (concentration of acidic and metallic sites) upon the complex network of reactions during n-butane dehydroisomerization. This leads to clear guidelines for designing the bifunctional dehydroisomerization catalyst based on platinum supported over aluminum porous clay heterostructures (PCH).
