A Mechanistic Approach of the FePcCl16-SBA-15/Tbhp Catalytic System in the Allylic Oxidation of Limonene

This work is an initial approximation for the understanding of the limonene allylic oxidation mechanism with the catalytic system FePcCl₁₆-SBA-15/TBHP. Although the presence of free radicals in the media was confirmed, the formation of limonene hydroperoxide as an intermediate product was not detected.
