A micro-kinetic olefin readsorption model was used to simulate catalyst-scale and reactor-scale gas phase Fischer-Tropsch synthesis The results from coupling of the particle-scale transport-kinetics interaction with species transport effects in a single tube provide the basis for development of a robust Multi-Tubular Fixed-Bed Reactor design.
