Aberration-Corrected Environmental TEM Study of the Formation Processes of PdZn Nanoalloy Epitaxially Grown into ZnO Nanowires

In situ transformation of PdO nanoparticles into Pd and PdZn nanoalloy under H₂ treatment have been directly observed inside the AC-ETEM with atomic resolution. Such capabilities can provide useful insights into the structure-property relationships of supported metal nanoparticle catalysts.
