Rh:Pt ratio on RhPt/CeO₂ catalyst was evaluated in the steam reforming of ethanol (SRE). RhPt(1:1)/CeO₂ was found to have the properties of Rh catalyst to promote SRE at higher temperature and of Pt to promote WGSR at lower temperatures, delivering higher H2 production.
