In this work, we study the evolution of the potassium content and pretreatment temperature on some physical-chemical properties of the niobium phosphate materials as well as under acetic acid esterification with ethanol. Used as catalysts, some of these materials exhibited similar catalytic performance than other catalysts, commercially available.
