O-Th-406-2 Catalytic NO Reduction over Cu/CeO2: Characterization of Copper-Ceria Interface Active Sites

We have discovered that Cu/CeO2 has three structures, isolated Cu2+, CuO layer and CuO bulk, and CuO layer shows high catalytic activity for NO reduction. The operando-XAFS analysis revealed that active sites of CuO layer locate on the Cu-Ce interface.
