Designing Cascade Systems for CO2 Hydrogenation Based on Heterogeneous and Coupled Homo-/Hetero-Geneous Catalysts

This research investigates the design of cascade catalytic systems employing heterogeneous catalysts for the selective hydrogenation of CO₂ to methanol, dimethyl ether and hydrocarbons. We will highlight several examples, including heterogeneous and homo-/hetero-geneous systems. This work demonstrates a new paradigm for the design and demonstration of high performance catalysts.
