P-Tu-Cle-18 Isomerization of n-Hexane Using the Pt-Pd/ZrO2-WOx-SiO2 Catalysts

The presence of SiO2 and HCTAB increased the surface area of the tungstated zirconia catalysts. The addition of SiO2 increased the Brønsted acidity too. The presence of Pt and Pd increased the conversion and did not show any effect over 2MP and 3MP selectivities.
