Preparation and Quantitative Analysis of Dendrimer-Stabilized Au Nanoparticles

Our goals were to explore the Au-dendrimer solution chemistry, to determine which functional groups in the dendrimer interior are responsible for the Au autoreduction, and to control the reduction process, so that uniform Au nanoparticles can be formed in solution and subsequently used for the preparation of supported catalytic materials.
