P-M-BRC-15 Pd-Metal Clusters Encapsulated in Zeolite SSZ-13 for the Selective Hydrogenation of Alkenes

We report the encapsulation of Pd clusters within cages and on the surface of SSZ-13 zeolite during hydrothermal synthesis and the investigations into the catalytic activity of the encapsulated catalyst on the selective hydrogenation of cyclohexene and ethylene gas mixtures.
