P-W-Cle-5 Millibar XPS and TEM on Spherical Model Monolayer Catalysts

Noble metals supported on spherical model monolayer catalysts for WGS are characterized under mbar pressure via environmental TEM and XPS. The performance of the gas mixing manifold system for E-TEM and quantification tool for energy varied depth profiling XPS are demonstrated.
