Ni/TiO₂ and ceria-doped Ni/TiO₂ catalysts were synthesized by a sol-gel technique and characterized by XRD, using the Rietveld refinement, to investigate the effect of doping with Ce ions on the lattice parameters and microstrain of TiO₂. CO oxidation by NO was used as catalytic probe reaction.
