PROX was performed over gold supported on CeO2 and Ce1-xCoxO2-δ. The supports were prepared by the combustion method and gold was deposited onto them via deposition precipitation. Gold catalysts show good activity at low temperatures. Substituted ceria materials show 100 % selectivity at temperatures between room temperature and 150 °C.
