Hierarchical Refinement of Complex Microkinetic Models

This work provides a clear show-case that in microkinetic model development the information on the kinetic parameters of the elementary steps need always to be harmonized and tested not only with respect to the quantitative description of experiments, but also with respect to the prediction of the underlying catalytic cycle.
