The activity of DOC and DPF has been evaluated with actual engine aging and hydrothermal aging. The result of engine aging was well matched with specific times and temperatures of hydrothermal aging. Therefore, the long term performance an be predicted indirectly by appropriate hydrothermal aging test protocol.
