Rh deposited evenly on the oxide phases of WOx-CZ supports of various W surface densities. N2-FTIR indicated that the Rh surface atoms were in a zero-valent state on CZ and electron-deficient on WOx. Rh0 sites were estimated to be twice more active in the ATR reaction than the Rhd+ sites.
