New Route for Zirconia Synthesis using Zirconium Benzilate at Low Temperature

Zirconia was successfully prepared using zirconium benzilate at low temperatures and we examined its feasibility to use it as a single source precursor. This study demonstrates an alternative route of synthesizing zirconia at lower temperatures compared to the existing synthetic approaches.
