Experimental and numerical study of CO/O2, CO/O2/H2, WGS, SR, POx, and DR of methane over nickel catalysts is presented. This is done to develop a multi-step surface reaction mechanism for catalytic conversion of methane under oxidative, reforming, and pyrolysis conditions, over a wide range of temperature, pressure, and residence time.
