P-W-BRC-58 CO2 Capture over Molecular Basket Sorbent: Sorption Kinetic Study

The kinetics for CO2 sorption over MBS was studied and described using three simplified models, i.e., the pseudo-first-order, the pseudo-second-order, and the intraparticle diffusion models. It is found that CO2 sorption follows the pseudo-second-order mechanism and the rate is influenced by the operation conditions including temperature, CO2 concentration and flowrate.
