In this study, Co3O4 nanorods and nanoparticles are synthesized. The morphology of nanorods and nanoparticles are characterized with TEM, and both have the same crystal structures. The Co3O4 nanorods show high C5+ yield compared with nanoparticles in FTS. Thus, by finely controlling the structure, catalytic performance can be adjusted.
