wo kinds of N-doped photocatalysts InTaO_4-xN_xand In_0.9Ni_0.1TaO_4-xN_x were synthesized and got enhanced activities. We contributed the improvement to the improved band structures, the In3+ ions lowered the conduction band of Ta₂O₅ while the valence bands were elevated by N 2p.
