Syngas Reactions on Carbides

We have studied various carbide surfaces looking at their reactivity as a function of the chemical potential of the reactants. We have used CO activation as our benchmark reaction since this is an important initial step in the Fischer-Tropsch and higher alcohol synthesis from syngas.
