P-M-Wil-1 UV-Visible Spectroscopy as a Powerful Tool for Gold Nanoparticles Characterization

The aim  is to establish the importance of UV-Visible s in the characterization of supported gold nanoparticles.

The results show a Plasmon  band in the visible region between 500 and 650 nm. The position, intensity and profile of this band depend directly on the gold nanoparticles size .
