OD74 Potassium-modified Mo-SBA-15 catalysts for the highly efficient production of acetaldehyde and ethylene in the selective oxidation of ethane

 The direct transformation of ethane to oxygenates has become a research focus. A high selectivity and yield of acetaldehyde up to 21.7 and 10.2% can be obtained over the K/Mo-SBA-15 catalyst, respectively. It is the best results for producing acetaldehyde during the selective oxidation of ethane in the open literature.
