This work shows that complexation of base metals with the G4OH dendrimer strongly depends on the metal nature and the solution pH.  The composition of M-G4OH nanocomposites can be controlled to some extent by the solution acidity.  These features offer an opportunity to control the composition of nanoparticles in solution.
