OC69 CO adsorption on p(4×4) - O/Ag(111)

High Resolution Core Level Spectroscopy (HRCLS) measurements and Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations are presented for CO adsorption on p(4 x 4)-O/Ag(111). The HRCLS and DFT results reveal adsorption of CO on at low temperatures. A very good match between experimental and theoretical results are found for the CLS signatures.
