P-Mo-77 Reversible deactivation of Grubbs metathesis catalysts

Grubbs catalysts were immobilized on silica and tested in gas-phase metathesis reactions. Immobilization was achieved by the application of the Supported Ionic Liquid Phase (SILP) concept. The influence of the alkene feed and product gas on the activity and stability of these catalyst systems was investigated.
