OB35 DEOXYGENATION OF GUAIACOL OVER SUPPORTED METAL CATALYSTS

Supported Ru and Mo catalysts exhibit promising catalytic performance in the deoxygenation of guaiacol as a model reaction of bio-oil upgrading to renewable fuels. The results provide a potential direction to develop sulfur-free catalysts with high effieciency for bio-oil upgrading.
