OC52 Feed Composition Effects on the Kinetics of Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx on Iron and Copper Zeolitic Monolithic Catalysts

A comparative studies on the kinetics and mass transfer of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) of NOx with NH3 were carried out on Fe-zeolite and Cu-zeolite catalysts and a detailed kinetic model is proposed. A detailed kinetic /reactor model for NO oxidation, involving NO2 and H2O inhibition is presented.
