A mathematical model is developed for the cobalt-based (CoP-Al2O3) Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction in a slurry CSTR, and the comparison between simulation results and experimental data shows that the developed model can predict the effect of operating conditions on CO conversion and the entire product distribution with a reasonable precision.
