P-Tu-103 CATALYTIC WET AIR OXIDATION OF SUCCINIC ACID OVER RU AND PT CATALYSTS SUPPORTED ON CexZr1-xO2 MIXED OXIDES

CexZr1-xO2 mixed-oxide-based catalysts were evaluated in the catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) of succinic acid. The performances of the bare oxides in the CWAO of succinic acid was somehow correlated with the Ce content. The impact of the oxygen availability at the active site will be discussed.
